Codex Communications LLC will supply leads according to the agreement terms established with each lead buyer. Lead supply will continue based on the ongoing relationship and terms agreed upon between Codex Communications LLC and the lead buyer, without the requirement for prepayment.
Guarantee of Leads
All leads provided by Codex Communications LLC are guaranteed to meet the following criteria:
- Working phone number to the person named on the lead or to a representative, parent, or guardian for the proposed insured.
- Lead has explicitly requested insurance information and/or quote.
- At the time of lead delivery, the lead fits within the current filter set approved by the client.
Lead Return Policy
Leads must be returned within seven (7) calendar days from the date the lead was posted to the lead buyer’s account. Lead return processing can take up to 10 days to be approved or declined. Leads must be returned via the designated area within the lead buyer’s account in the Codex CRM.
Leads are eligible for full credit return under the following conditions:
- All telephone numbers provided are not valid or working.
- Lead is a duplicate received from Codex Communications LLC within the last 60 days.
- The Lead did not request insurance information and/or a quote.
- Lead does not meet the current filter set approved at the time of delivery.
- Lead does not speak English.
- Lead provided false information regarding major medical conditions.
Non-Valid Lead Return Reasons
- If a representative, parent, or guardian for the proposed insured requests information.
- Exclusive Lead Buyers: Lead claims they were contacted by other agents, negating exclusivity claims.
- Shared Lead Buyers (leads sold a maximum of 4 times): Lead claims they were contacted by other buyers.
Lead Delivery
The primary method of lead delivery to buyers is through the Codex Lead Management Portal (CRM), which lists all purchased leads and serves as the official record of leads delivered. Leads are also notified via email and text message as a courtesy. Due to potential email delivery issues outside our control, we cannot guarantee 100% notification delivery via these methods, and no credit or refund will be provided for non-received notifications.
For the convenience of Agency Owners, we can drop the leads in their lead manager via Ricotche or any other API too, But keep in mind that not every other Lead manager Is supported by our API integration.
Cancellation Policy
Lead buyers may request to close their accounts at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through the “Contact Us” link in your Codex Communications LLC account, and you will receive a follow-up call from your Account Executive.
Promotional Credits
Promotional credits have no monetary value and are not refundable. They are used to purchase leads once any initial deposits are depleted, following a First In, First Out principle.
Processing Time
Refund processing may take from 7 to 10 business days.

Right to Cancel
Codex Communications LLC reserves the right to cancel any account found to be abusing the return policy. In such cases, the remaining account balance will be refunded and the account will be closed.
